In 2018, I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder Colorado. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment and collaborate with you in reaching your goals; whether it is finding new ways to cope, increasing love for oneself, or recognizing where we can initiate change. I support you in working with increasing capacity to cope with difficulties in life. I bring humor and unconditional acceptance to each relationship and encourage you to take an active role in the collaborative therapy process.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic collaboration and facilitate an environment which allows you to connect to yourself and find joy in the therapeutic process, acknowledging how these pieces contribute to overall well-being.
I have provided psychotherapy and art therapy in various community mental health, non-profit, hospital, school, and private practice settings with individuals of all ages. In 2021, I established my private practice to begin offering individualized care. Much of my work has been with adolescents and young adults from 18-30 who face anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
I have specific training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, meditation practices, and trauma informed counseling. I combine this training with core humanistic and client-centered values.
